Winners of raffles, contests and/or promotions, by participating in the same, give their consent to Monroe to disseminate their personal data, including images, by the means and as Monroe deems appropriate, for advertising purposes, without any right to compensation.

For all legal purposes, it is understood that you, as owner of your personal data, have implicitly consented to the treatment of such data by Monroe, if you do not express your refusal within 5 (five) working days after this Privacy Notice was made available to you.

You are entitled to exercise your rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition (“ARCO Rights”), as well as to revoke your consent to the personal data processed by Monroe, either personally or through your legal representative, free of charge.
